At EDMC, I was responsible for campus technology oversight and technology design for three colleges, including over 2,800 end customers. I led a technology team of 6-­‐10 full-­‐time staff and 30+ student helpers. I led effective organizational change and architected significant cost reductions while preserving quality to our students. I led campus contractions, budget efficiency projects, and organizational change across our enterprise. I worked closely with our executive teams, Central IT Services, academic affairs teams, corporate real estate office, and procurement offices to ensure all this happened effectively for each project. I consulted with the campuses and our technology central services on technology deployments, the software catalog, security standards, outsourcing initiatives, business restructuring and architecture, networks, and storage. I was involved in both higher-level management of our operations and remained highly technical and architected and implemented technology solutions for the campuses.

I led the Division through Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) implementation that completely brought Division into industry best practices. I served as a Service Delivery Manager to client agencies and organizations.  Gathered, compiled, and analyzed customer environment and made practical recommendations for enhancements.

At MultiCare, I was the Manager of the seven-member Windows team, responsible for more than 350 Windows servers and Local Area Network (LAN) with .9999% uptime and 100% project completion rate. I also managed the Information Security team. I architected their Information Security policy resulting in 100% compliance to HIPAA security rules.  I worked directly with business/clinical department heads as customer client representative to understand their needs and craft cost-effective technology solutions for them

I worked directly with US Embassies, National law enforcement, host nation executives, and United States top-tier senior executive personnel. My projects were always within budget and on time.
