Michael Marcus is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in grantmaking, management, organizing, training, and facilitation.12 He is currently the Principal of Consultants for Community Resources, providing advocacy and consultation in aging, poverty, and community development.23
Marcus holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, with a focus on Social Strategy, Community Organization, Community Planning, and Non-profit Administration.4 He has also completed Ph.D. work at the Florence Heller School for Social Welfare Policy, Center on Aging, at Brandeis University.2
