Michael Majestic is an accomplished business leader and partner at Willard Retail with a strong background in retail acquisitions, development, and project management. With extensive experience in market research, financial modeling, design review, and government approvals, he is an expert in project conceptualization from start to finish.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA in Business Administration from Cornell University's S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. He has worked with prominent organizations in the industry, including The JBG Companies and JBGR Retail, where he served as a Vice President and Acquisitions & Development Associate, respectively.

During his tenure at Eastdil Secured, Michael served as a Summer Associate, and as Project Coordinator at Neighborhood Design Center. He also worked as an Analyst and Development Consultant at StreetSense, gaining invaluable experience in retail and commercial development.
