Currently, he is working as an Enterprise Support Technician at Facebook, Inc. Michael has also served as a System Administrator and Senior IT Helpdesk Consultant at Western Washington University. He has extensive experience in communication and problem-solving, with excellent leadership skills. Michael is also passionate about Japanese culture, gaming, and pop-culture, actively participating in related communities to inspire engagement and involvement of others.
