Michael Lavelle is a seasoned machine learning software engineer and architect with over two decades of experience in developing enterprise-level Java software for high-profile media, e-commerce, and financial organizations. His educational background includes a BA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

In his most recent role as a Senior Software Engineer at ENGINE - Transformation, Michael worked closely with a team of data scientists to transition machine learning prototypes into highly available, distributed algorithms that perform at scale.
