Michael Kubiak

Michael Kubiak is a dedicated professional with a passion for leveraging digital tools like XanEdu's FlexEd portfolio to enhance student access and success.

With over 15 years of experience, Michael has a proven track record of developing impactful partnerships with various educational institutions, focusing on both higher education and K-12 segments.

Before his role at XanEdu Publishing, Michael held key positions such as Managing Director of Partnerships and Evaluation at Citizen Schools and Research Associate at the Annenberg Institute for School Reform at Brown University.

Michael's academic journey includes earning a B.A. in Political Science with honors from the University of Michigan, an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.

He actively engages in the education community by participating in conferences and events, recently presenting at prestigious gatherings like the iNACOL edtech symposium and the American Educational Research Association annual meeting.

Outside of work, Michael resides in Ann Arbor with his family and enjoys coaching youth basketball, showcasing his dedication to both professional and personal development.
