Michael Ketcham, a seasoned professional with a strong background in renewable energy and traditional power solutions, has been a key founder of a successful business stream since 2012. With a focus on growth and innovation, he has consistently exceeded revenue goals year over year, expanding the portfolio to offer reliable energy delivery, cost-effective solutions, and enhanced resiliency globally.

In his role at Trane US Inc, Michael oversees Business Development, Engineering, and Project Development, steering the identification, development, financing, and execution of performance-based renewable energy, traditional power, energy storage, and microgrid projects. He specializes in complex design-build initiatives and supply-side fuel switching projects utilizing CNG and LNG, ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions for clients.

With a hands-on approach, Mr. Ketcham serves as a player-coach, driving best practices across district offices to optimize the revenue stream. His expertise spans project scoping, engineering, finance, proformas, executive presentations, and project execution, leading teams to deliver exemplary projects consistently. His collaborative nature and 25 years of experience in contracting and ESPC arena enable him to excel in developing large-scale projects, with a focus on the United States, Japan, Korea, and China.

Michael holds a Master's degree in Building Systems and Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, underscoring his technical acumen and commitment to innovative energy solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Project Development and formerly as a Project Lead Developer at Trane US Inc, he continues to drive forward groundbreaking projects and contribute to the advancement of sustainable energy practices.
