Made the leap  into Product Management to work on one of Twitter's highest opportunity revenue growth levers: the Ads API. During my six months as PM for the Ads API, I made significant improvements some of which you can find below:
-  Helped severely cut down the gap in feature parity between the Twitter’s Ads UI ands Ads API. This was our API partners' #1 complaint for the prior two years
-  Worked with our sales team to almost double the percentage of Twitter Ad Revenue (a $3+ Billion annual business) driven by the Ads API (which had been stagnant for six quarters)
-  Worked cross functionally and streamlined the workflow between Product, Eng, and Sales
-  Spoke at conferences globally to excite our API partners about product and accelerate their builds
-  Created new features to help our API partners distinguish themselves from Twitter’s native Ads UI

Product Manager, Ads API

I joined as one of the first folks on Sales Operations (which later grew to 140+ people) and was the first experienced Sales person, and the first technical hire, on the team. My experience in sales end-to-end and ability to pull, manipulate, analyze, and then tell a story with data allowed me to introduce a more data-driven and strategic approach to our Sales teams.

Built my own team from the ground up with a focus on strategic projects. I have hired and trained an incredibly talented group which is now viewed as the SWAT team for all massive messy global initiatives. Below are a few examples of very high impact initiatives that we have worked on (and continue to refine):
-  Built our first advertiser retention/churn reporting system
-  Verticalized several sales teams globally
-  Created a data driven process to generate lead lists and/or Named Account Lists for new countries that we are expanding into
-  Created an international market entry committee and process that guides our executives and helps them decide which countries Twitter should expand its sales presence into, as well as when, and how
-  Created our own Sales Intelligence tool that plugs into Salesforce and layers on critical data points to all of our accounts allowing our sales team to sell smarter
-  Worked with our Corporate Development team many times on M&A diligence as well as Sales integrations (after deals were completed)
-  Created several sales policies/processes with the most impactful one being the splits policy that fairly compensates different sales teams working on the same accounts globally
-  Collaborated with the Yield Management lead and created Twitter's first ever Yield Management dashboard (in Tableau)

Manager, Global Revenue/Sales Operations

Came on board as Dasient's first Technical Account Manager (TAM) where I built the account management role/team from scratch. My main focuses were: closing significant enterprise accounts, managing key partnerships, developing new deployment and customer integration strategies, and creating new processes and documentation.

It was a Sales Engineer type role which involved going on-sight  to top tier customers and working on custom API and non-API related integrations with top Ad Networks and Publishers.

Senior Technical Account Manager

Was promoted to this position and handed over all of Qualys' Consultant Business, consisting of 400+ customers.

The role was a hybrid sales and post-sales position, with some partner qualification responsibilities as well. My sales quota was $1.1 million annually, and I ended up closing $1.8 million significantly surpassing my goals in new business, upsell, and renewal categories.

Got leads interested in Qualys' offerings, qualified them, and passed them off to the appropriate SMB or Enterprise reps.

While in college, I participated in three Summer Internships at Qualys.

During my first two internships I mainly worked on updating and improving Qualys' corporate website. This usually involved updating web pages and creating others from scratch.

The third internship involved two projects: one was for integrating an Online Help system, and the other was for updating and adding features to a mapping applet.

I mostly used: PHP5, CSS, XML, HTTP, Java
