Michael Kennedy

Michael Kennedy is a highly accomplished legal professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the legal field.

Michael pursued his passion for law by studying J.D. in Law at Western New England University School of Law and further enhanced his expertise with an LL.M. in Tax Law from Georgetown University Law Center.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Michael also holds a B.Comm. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Windsor and has studied Economics at the University of Waterloo.

With a strong educational foundation, Michael has held prominent positions in various organizations, including serving as a Lawyer-Foreign Legal Consultant at Ingenuity Counsel and as General Counsel at ITA.

Prior to these roles, Michael gained valuable experience working as an Attorney at McTague Law Firm LLP, ITA, and Dowling Aaron Incorporated.

Michael's expertise spans across legal consultancy, taxation, finance, marketing, and foreign law, making him a versatile professional in the legal industry.
