Michael Keating

Michael Keating, currently a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, has a diverse background encompassing military service and academic achievements.

With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University's The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Mike has a solid foundation in business and diplomacy.

Before pursuing higher education, Mike served as an active duty Naval Officer. He held various roles within the Surface Warfare and Expeditionary Warfare communities, including operational leadership positions and involvement in humanitarian missions.

During his time at the Pentagon on the Chief of Naval Operations staff, Mike was responsible for managing acquisition and procurement programs related to Directed Energy technologies.

Mike's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Boston College and participation in a Study Abroad Program at University College Dublin and attendance at Francis W. Parker School.

His professional experience spans roles such as Requirements and Resources Officer focusing on Railgun and Directed Energy at Chief of Naval Operations - Surface Warfare Directorate, Officer in Charge at Naval Expeditionary Combat Command, and Division Officer on the USS ANTIETAM (CG-54) within the US Navy.
