Michael Josephs

Michael Josephs is an accomplished technology leader with an extensive background in executive roles such as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) across various industries.

Recently, Michael served as CIO and then as an Executive Advisor at American Advisors Group (AAG), a prominent provider of financial services for seniors with a strong focus on innovation and quality.

Outside AAG, Michael offers advisory services through Diviplatinum, LLC, conducts executive coaching via Leaderology, and contributes to educational programs like the Women in Leadership CIO Certification at Irvine Technology and UCLA.

Through Divi Platinum, Michael is currently involved in executive advisory roles at Captive Eight, a community for IT Executives, and Embold Health, a healthcare analytics company based in Nashville, TN.

Prior to AAG, Michael held the CIO position for Xerox's Insurance and Workers' Compensation Solutions group, overseeing the development of a secure, cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
