Michael Joseph is a seasoned HR Professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in various HR functions including Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and HR Operations.

He holds an EPGDHRM in Human Resources from LIBA, a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from Bharathidasan University, and completed his Higher Secondary Education in Computer Science from RSK Higher Secondary School.

Throughout his career, Michael has held key positions in reputable organizations such as VWR (now part of Avantor) and Karunya University, showcasing his expertise and leadership in the field of human resources.

In his tenure at VWR, he served as the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits for AMEA & Europe, the Manager of Comp & Ben for Asia/MEA, and also held the position of Manager of Human Resources.

Prior to his time at VWR, Michael Joseph gained valuable experience in HR roles at Karunya University, Augustan Corporation, Agency Assist, Indelect Technologies Pvt. Ltd, and Joseph HR Consultants.
