Michael Jones

Michael Jones is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years of experience in Test Development and Test Management. He holds a BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Aston University and an MSc in Applied Engineering from Cardiff University.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked across a variety of industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Gaming. He has experience in multiple test levels, including unit, system, integration, user acceptance, performance and operational testing. He is skilled in test effort forecasting, formulating test strategies, test execution, defect management, and post-deployment test support.

Michael's previous roles include Program Test Manager at National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank, and Origin Energy, as well as Test Manager at AMP, Tabcorp, and Program Test Manager at Telstra. Prior to his management roles, Michael worked as a Software Integration Specialist at Unico and as a Software Engineer at Sendo, Nokia Mobile Phones, and Land Rover.
