Michael Janis is a seasoned hospital administrator with more than seventeen years of experience in various healthcare sectors, specializing in hospital and ambulatory services.

He has a proven track record in successfully implementing health system strategic plans, ensuring year-over-year growth and maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

As an experienced leader, Michael has demonstrated proficiency in executing just culture, patient experience initiatives, lean practices, budget development, financial control and reporting, strategic business development, public relations, strategic marketing, and new business expansion.

His expertise also extends to capital budget management, service contract negotiations, and overall healthcare management.

Michael Janis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University, a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management from Franklin University, a Certificate in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the College of DuPage, and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Radiology from Kaskaskia College.

Throughout his career, Michael has held key positions including Interim President and CEO, Executive Director of Outpatient & Ancillary Services, Director of Imaging and Outreach, Interim Laboratory Manager, and Diagnostic Centers and Outreach Services Manager at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital.

Prior to his roles in hospital administration, he also served as a Firefighter at the Effingham Fire Department and as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital.
