Michael Ioffe

Michael Ioffe is the co-founder and CEO of Arist, a pioneering platform that specializes in delivering learning and training through text message-based courses. Founded in 2019, Arist aims to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in education by allowing organizations to reach learners via tools like SMS, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. The platform has been utilized by notable companies such as Amazon and Intel, and it has shown to significantly improve course adoption and completion rates.124

Ioffe's background includes founding TILE.org, one of the largest nonprofits focused on entrepreneurship education, which he started at the age of 15. His experiences in regions affected by conflict, such as Yemen, inspired him to develop innovative educational solutions that cater to those with limited access to traditional learning resources.45

In recognition of his contributions to education and learning accessibility, Ioffe has been named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 list and has received accolades from various educational organizations.12 He is currently on leave from Babson College, where he was a Weissman Scholar, and he has also participated in the Y Combinator startup accelerator program.34
