Michael Hudson is a founding partner and negotiation strategist at ENS International (Negotiation Consulting). With a mission to enhance influencing and negotiation outcomes globally, ENS International is dedicated to developing effective negotiators and making the world a better place through professional negotiation-based services.

Michael's expertise lies in strategy planning and implementation for all negotiations. He has a strong educational background, having studied BCom in Economics at the University of Melbourne and M Psych in Psychology at the University of Sydney.

As part of the ENS Global Team, Michael collaborates with an international group of practitioners who share a common interest in negotiation, influencing, conflict management, and mediation skills. The team is committed to quality and strives to promote the application of ENSI negotiation and influencing frameworks, tools, and techniques worldwide.
