This is THE ideal exercise method for the "older" crowd.  
It allows them to work much harder and safer in a short duration than traditional weight training, which can also be problematic for them.  
In actuality anyone can benefit from this training, it is, that my target market is the senior crowd or population, most of whom, would not go to a gym anyway.  

Isometric exercise with feedback allows you to perform the most important part of exercise, which is to generate a high amount of muscular force in a short time frame with total safety.  

This will be more important to senior population and others, than focusing on a so called range of motion or a certain amount of "sets and reps" in the gym.

I coach clients through challenging, yet very safe strength training workouts with an emphasis on fat loss and maintenance, low back and neck strengthening/therapy.  

I do not "diet" and I won't have you either.  You'll have to make a few changes, but nothing drastic.
