Michael Hope-Jones

Michael Hope-Jones is an experienced Chartered Engineer with over 13 years of experience in engineering and building services consulting. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2005 and started his career as a Design Engineer at Quad Africa Consulting before joining CKR Consulting as a Project Engineer. Michael advanced his career by joining Single Destination Engineering as an Associate Engineer, progressing to Director within a short time. In 2017, he joined MEIT Consultants LLP in London as an Associate and is currently serving as the Director.

Michael is an accomplished engineer and an effective leader with significant expertise in electrical design, project administration, and construction management. He specializes in data centres and high resilience infrastructure with a specific emphasis on live critical environment upgrade projects. He has worked on numerous projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. Michael is passionate about driving successful project delivery for his clients and is adept in general management including expertise in business administration, operations, marketing, and strategy.
