Guide customers through paperwork completion in regards to the purchase of their new or used vehicle. Be able to answer any questions pertaining to said vehicle and the paperwork. 

Discuss what manufacturer  warranty covers, especially in regards to Toyotacare. Go over other possibilities for extended warranties, and other methods of protecting their purchase- such as ValPro. 

Ensure all deals were compliant. Clean and verify that all deals were complete. Scan them into our records keeping system. 

Communicate with banks and manufacturer lending services to ensure they had the necessary paperwork to proceed with the processing of the loan. 

Process down payments, first month payments and follow appropriate procedures when dealing with cash payments.  

Follow up with customers in a timely fashion if any part of their paperwork is incomplete or if they need to make their initial payment. Keep log of deals up to date for tracking purposes.
