Michael Harpole

Michael Harpole is a licensed real estate broker with a focus on office tenant representation in the Denver Metro Area. Currently at Tributary, he specializes in business development, expanding his network within the Denver community. Michael provides market and financial analysis to facilitate negotiations for office space deals in Denver.

Before joining Tributary, Michael gained experience as a business technology consultant at Deloitte. Here, he utilized his passion for data strategy and analytics to enhance processes and reporting systems for clients. With his project management skills and keen attention to detail, he oversaw the implementation of real estate software in over 200 international stores for a major retailer, leading him to discover his love for commercial real estate.

Michael is a senior student at Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Energy Management & Technology.

His professional experience includes roles such as Associate Broker at Tributary Real Estate, Consultant and Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte, Associate Gas Control at Mercator Energy, and Student Manager in Football at Texas Christian University.
