Michael Halper is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ATC Partners, LLC, a real estate investment company that owns, renovates, and operates office and warehouse buildings in the Western United States.12 He founded ATC Partners in 1992 and has more than 15 years of experience in investment and development.1
Prior to founding ATC, Halper was a principal for industrial development with the Trammell Crow Company.1 He is also a Member of Carmel Partners Group, LLC, Vice Chair of the Executive Committee, and a member of the Investment Committee and Advisory Board at Carmel Partners.2
Halper received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University in 1988.12
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Halper has been involved in philanthropic activities. He served as Chair of the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area and as Chair of the Board of San Francisco Day School.2
