Space Perspective is led by a team of professionals that have developed or operated all human balloon flights to the edge of space in the last 50 years.

•	Commercial operations are planned to commence as soon as early 2025, launching from our ship, MS Voyager. Initial operations start in Florida, and the ship operations allow flights almost anywhere in the world, unlocking global scale in a supply-constrained market forecast to be $9B by 2030, and a TAM of $0.5T.
•	Prototype test flight completed, demonstrating full flight profile under SpaceBalloon to 100,000 feet and accurate splashdown 800m from the awaiting retrieval boat. 
•	12 granted patents with 10 pending, covering all critical aspects and functions of Spaceship Neptune providing strong mote.
•	The founders and Co-CEOs, Jane Poynter and Taber MacCallum, are serial entrepreneurs with 30 years’ experience in human spaceflight, with mission critical technology on every orbiting human space vehicle. They have flown a crewed SpaceBalloon flight, and multiple SpaceBalloon flights with a capsule heavier than Spaceship Neptune. They lived two years sealed inside Biosphere 2. 
•	The company has raised $80M to date from lead investor Prime Movers Lab and other notable investors including LightShed, Balarion, Space Fund, 1517, Republic Capital, Base Ventures, GreenSands, YCapital, Kirenaga, Invariantes, Tony Robbins and Henry Kravis’ Stonecroft.

▪	Recruited to lead finance, accounting, investor relations, fund-raising, compliance, external audit, legal, HR, real estate, facilities, business development, and partnerships for hyper-growth digital health/medical device company. 
▪	With the CEO and COO, led from pre-revenue to shipping in FDA highly regulated environment.

Bitfury is one of the largest full-service blockchain technology companies in the world; software and hardware solutions necessary for businesses, governments, organizations and individuals to securely move assets across the blockchain. Designer/producer of its own custom silicon chips (ASICs), PCB's, servers, and mega data centers close to cost-efficient and renewable energy sources. Successful SPAC at $2B with JP Morgan in March 2021.
▪	Led formalization of Bitfury as its 1st C-level employee and Board Member; company was registered in my home in San Francisco with 4 engineers from Ukraine, Latvia, and Finland. 
▪	Worked with E&Y to establish a robust legal and tax structure and fully opened offices around the world; grew from 5 to 120+ employees in 7 locations (San Francisco, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Republic of Georgia, Finland, Iceland, and Latvia).
▪	Established a Board of Directors of respected industry veterans and experts, as well as key banking relationships.

▪	Led 18-month analysis and re-valuation/restructuring of the company, implemented corporate governance and financial best practices, resulting in  NAV appreciation from $167M to over $2.1B at the IPO and a published business case at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
