Michael Godin

Michael Godin is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Denali Investment Group, a firm specializing in real estate investments primarily in the Atlanta area. His expertise includes financial deal underwriting, asset management, and construction management. Over his career, he has successfully acquired, managed, and developed more than $150 million in commercial and residential real estate, encompassing various asset types such as office, industrial, retail, self-storage, and residential properties.13

Born in Russia and raised in Germany, Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong. He also spent significant time studying abroad at Erasmus University in the Netherlands and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Before co-founding Denali Investment Group, he gained experience in real estate and consulting while working in mainland China for four years.12

In addition to his professional endeavors, Michael is actively involved in community service as a board member of Moishe House, a nonprofit organization that engages young adults across 27 countries. He is fluent in multiple languages, including Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, French, German, and Dutch, and currently resides in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.134
