With over twenty years of industry experience in construction and engineering, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, Michael has driven people and organizational initiatives to improve senior management effectiveness, company profitability and innovation. Possessing strong business, consulting and financial acumen, Michael has specific competencies in succession planning, governance and policy management, compensation and benefit management, metrics and accountability systems and much more. Michael has a Masters in Human Resources Leadership from Rutgers University and previously held positions at Kiewit, Johnson & Johnson and Nebraska Workforce Investment Board.
