Michael Ganci is an accomplished senior executive with over 28 years of experience in enterprise sales, client management, service delivery, business consulting, global ecommerce, information technology strategy, and planning. He has a proven track record of leading large enterprise account management and driving high client satisfaction and business performance for his clients. Michael has extensive experience in the retail, consumer products, and manufacturing industries. He is a results-oriented executive with exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and outstanding communication skills. Before joining pymetrics as Chief Client Officer, Michael held several executive positions at Pitney Bowes, Borderfree, and eBay Enterprise. He was also a Partner at IBM Global Business Services. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Computer Science from Manhattanville College.
