During his tenure at ThinkB1G, Michael collaborated with a plethora of well-known tech companies and universities, contributing significantly to the recruitment landscape.

Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Michael was actively involved with Highland Capital Partners, a prestigious venture capital firm known for its global presence and strategic initiatives.

At Highland Capital Partners, Michael spearheaded various market development programs, including Summer@HIGHLAND and PepsiCo10, while also advising portfolio companies on marketing strategies and launches.

With a solid educational background in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, Michael Gaiss brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and marketing expertise to the table.

Throughout his career, Michael has held key leadership roles at Gentia Software, IQ Software, and Unisys Corporation, where he honed his skills in marketing, product management, and business development.
