Michael Francisco-McGuire

Michael Francisco-McGuire is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in operations, fundraising, and partnership building. He has a track record of successfully scalling organizations and navigating complex challenges. Francisco-McGuire is a people-focused professional with a passion for equity and the environment. He holds an Executive Masters in Public Administration from New York University and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Art History from The Manchester Metropolitan University.

Throughout his career, Francisco-McGuire has taken on a variety of roles at influential organizations. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Confluence Philanthropy. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Operations at iMentor, Director of Operations for North America, Global Head of Strategic Partnerships, and Head of Development and Member Services at The Climate Group. Additionally, Francisco-McGuire worked as a Corporate Fundraising Manager for the NSPCC and an Advertising Executive for Guardian News & Media.
