Michael Ford is the Corporate Vice President of Global Real Estate & Security at Microsoft, leading a global team in delivering connected, accessible, and sustainable workplaces across 113 countries.

With a background in finance and international business, Michael focuses on driving strategy, analysis, and process improvement to enhance operational excellence and increase shareholder value.

His passion lies in leveraging Microsoft technology and innovative real estate solutions to boost operational efficiencies, enhance employee workplace experience, and reduce environmental impact.

Michael holds a BS in Finance from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and an MBA in Accounting & International Business from Florida Metropolitan University.

Throughout his career, he has held various senior roles at Microsoft, DIRTT Environmental Solutions, Spherion, ANC Rental Corporation, Aramark Uniform Services, and also served as a Major in the United States Marine Corps.
