Michael Fitzgerald is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors. He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law, a BA in English from Fairfield University, and also studied at Christian Brothers Academy. Throughout his career, Michael has held several key leadership positions in prominent organizations. He has served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Introduction at Marex, Cowen Inc., and Cantor Fitzgerald. Additionally, he has held executive roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Digital Asset Custody Company (which was later acquired by Bakkt), Chief Operating Officer/Chief Compliance Officer at Ararat Capital, Managing Director at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, and Vice President at Deutsche Bank. Prior to his roles in finance, Michael gained experience as a Litigation Attorney at Cerussi & Spring.
