Michael Dugan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial services. He has held numerous CFO and COO positions, and he has driven revenue and profit growth for companies such as Prudential and FX Solutions. Dugan is particularly skilled in developing strategies for prospering in rapidly changing markets, creating highly-effective KPI and decision support reporting and analytics, installing and maintaining strict financial and compliance controls, and streamlining operations to maximize profits and control costs.
