He is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). With over two decades of experience in the industry, Downs has served in various leadership roles at prominent establishments in Las Vegas. He was the VP of Operations at Bellagio and Senior Vice President Operations at The New Tropicana Las Vegas, and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Downtown Project. Throughout his career, Downs has gained exceptional skills in strategic planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, revenue optimization, and talent development.
