Michael Daszkal

Michael Daszkal is a co-founder of Daszkal Bolton LLP, established in 1992 as a boutique certified public accounting firm which has since flourished into a prominent accounting and advisory firm with about 170 employees across three offices in South Florida.

With over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry, Michael has honed his skills in various domains like audit, tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, business disputes, and consulting, with a keen focus on delivering top-notch professional services in auditing, accounting, business consulting, and tax matters to both businesses and individuals across multiple industries such as real estate, biotech/life science, not-for-profit, manufacturing and distribution, financial services, and healthcare.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Michael Daszkal is actively involved in community service, holding positions as a Trustee member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, a Board member for the Economic Development Corporation, the Florida Atlantic University Research & Development Authority, and an honorary lifetime Board member of The Haven. He has also served as a board member of the South Florida Technology Alliance.

Michael specializes in various areas including M&A, long-term succession and estate planning, tax advisory, financial statements, and business advisory. His academic background includes studying BBA in Accounting at Eastern Michigan University, and he has previously held the role of Managing Partner at Daszkal Bolton LLP.
