Michael D'Ambrose is a world-class global human resources executive with an entrepreneurial edge. With extensive experience in driving organizational change, D'Ambrose has been instrumental in transforming human capital management across various industries. As CEO of Shadow Traffic, D'Ambrose founded the Shadow Broadcast Services subsidiary and scaled it to become one of the largest traffic information companies in the US. D'Ambrose also served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at First Data Corporation and Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Citigroup.

D'Ambrose has been recognized for his leadership in human resources and has been inducted as a Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources. He holds a degree in Human Resources from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. D'Ambrose is also a founding board member of the Center for Executive Succession at the University of South Carolina and a member of the CHRO Global Leadership Board. He is currently the Executive Vice President and CHRO at Boeing and serves as an adjunct to businesses and boards to ensure excellence in industries, boardrooms, and in human resources.
