Michael Christensen

Michael Christensen is a highly accomplished diplomat and lawyer who has served in various high-level positions across the Danish government, the European Commission, and the United Nations. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University and a law degree from the University of Copenhagen. Mr. Christensen has previously held the role of Diplomatic Advisor at the Prime Minister's Office in Denmark and has also served as the Political Director, Under Secretary for Global Politics, and Security at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Additionally, he has held advisory and leadership roles in climate and renewable energy policies, having worked as the Deputy Head of Cabinet of the Commissioner for Climate Action at the European Commission, Senior Adviser in the Climate Division of the Prime Minister's Office in Denmark, and Counsellor at Denmark's Mission to the UN in New York.
