Michael Chow is a quantitative, strategic, and operationally-minded individual with over 14 years of experience in the public policy space. His passion lies in public service, policy, and responsible private enterprise.

He holds a diverse educational background, including an M.A. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, an M.Sc. in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering and Finance from Princeton University.
