Throughout his career, Dr. Cheng has held key positions such as Dean at the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University, visiting professor at Taylor's University, and roles at various other academic institutions in both leadership and faculty capacities.
His extensive experience also includes roles such as Director of Global Studies, Chair of the Department of Culinology and Hospitality Management, and Program Director for Culinary Arts and Management, showcasing his versatility and expertise in the field.
