He has had an illustrious career in the transportation, finance/leasing, hospitality/RE industries, and global/multinational organizations. He has exceptional skills in financial reporting and analysis, taxes and transfer pricing, business modeling, mergers and acquisitions and change-of-control, treasury operations, cash forecasting and global cash management, month-end close procedures and monthly financial reporting packages, external financial reporting, costs reduction and controls, internal controls and management of external auditors, financial systems, covenant compliance, risk management and insurance, licenses, and permits. He is known for creating and developing a robust and effective finance, accounting, and administrative infrastructure and team. Michael has a track record of being a strong and results-oriented CFO, well suited for a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
