Michael Busby

Michael Busby has a diverse educational background, holding a High School Diploma from St. Johns College High School and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).

He has gained extensive professional experience through various roles, including serving as the Owner of Unique Exchange LLC, where he has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and leadership.

Prior to his current role, Michael worked as the Assistant Front Desk Manager at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, providing high-quality customer service and managerial expertise in the hospitality industry.

He also participated in the Management Associate Program (MAP) for Corporate Human Resources and Hotel Operations at MGM Resorts International, showcasing his talent in human resources and hotel management.

Michael has leveraged his academic background by working as a Geography and Environmental Systems Tutor at UMBC, where he shared his knowledge and expertise with students.

Additionally, he has contributed to various organizations in different capacities, such as serving as a Social Media Intern at Anne Arundel County Literacy Council and a Legislative Intern at Maryland League of Conservation Voters, highlighting his interest in social causes and environmental conservation.
