Michael Burton

Michael Burton is a renowned networking expert and entrepreneur who has successfully founded and directed a number of organizations in the finance industry. He established Quorum 150, a private members club for investment banking professionals to network effectively on a corporate, business, and social basis, in 2009. Prior to that, in 2008, he founded Quorum 15, a quarterly strategic networking breakfast for top thought leaders from the world's premier investment banks and buy-side firms. He has also provided outsourced sales and marketing services for financial technology firms under his Offshore Sales firm, which he established in 2005. Michael's specialty is in establishing Quorums for buy and sell-side heads of trading in London and New York, covering equities and fixed income, expanding the industry's reach to encompass middle and back-office activities and venturing into Asia Pacific. Furthermore, in March 2009, Michael launched a London-based private club specifically for investment bankers.
