Michael Buchan is a commercial real estate professional with substantial experience in asset management of sizeable institutional quality real estate portfolios and considerable involvement in the acquisition and development of real estate assets valued at over $1.5 billion.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance & Real Estate from The University of British Columbia and UBC Sauder School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Real Estate Development from the National University of Singapore, Michael has a strong educational foundation.

Throughout his career, Michael has held key roles such as Manager in Investment Management at QuadReal Property Group and previously as an Analyst in both Investment Management at QuadReal Property Group and Bentall Kennedy. Additionally, he has showcased his skills by competing in the 2014 NAIOP North American Real Estate Challenge. His professional background also includes valuable experiences as an Investment Intern at Bentall Kennedy, Programming Coordinator at BC Sports Hall of Fame, and Business Development Intern at Arc Initiative.
