Michael Beutel is an accomplished General Manager, with years of experience in leading teams and delivering outstanding results in the hospitality industry. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Dietetics from D'Youville College, and an Associate Degree in Food Service/Professional Chef from Niagara County Community College, and has leveraged all of these skills throughout his impressive career.
Mr. Beutel has held various positions throughout his career, starting as a Registered Dietitian at out sourced. He then became a restaurant owner and entrepreneur at Country Café Restaurant, followed by being a teacher and ServSafe Certified Instructor at Niagara County Community College. He then progressed into progressively more senior roles at Sodexo Campus Services, becoming General Manager 3 before being promoted to Unit Operations Specialist. His most recent role is as General Manager at The Sewanee Inn, where he is responsible for overseeing operations and creating a strong workplace culture.
Throughout his career, Mr. Beutel has optimized his expertise in Catering, Operations Management, Coaching, Work Place Culture, Sales, and Budget/P&L skills. As an experienced leader, he has demonstrated excellence in all of these areas, making him a natural fit in any hospitality organization.
