Michael Bergmann is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the sports and fashion industry. He has built teams and brands in and out of Nike and has successfully led direct and virtual teams towards success. He specializes in helping organizations transform their teams and create exponential success. Michael is the Principal Consultant at IncubatorU, a company that provides various organizations with a practical methodology for the application of innovation. He is also an Advisory Board Member at BESThq, a former Mentor at Built Oregon, and a former Advisor at GIVES- Global Immersive Virtual Education System.

Michael Bergmann has an impressive education background, including a degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California and a Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies degree from the University of Arizona.

Throughout his career, Michael has held various positions in different organizations. He has worked at Nike, Inc. for many years, where he held positions such as Product Creation Director, Global Director of Footwear Product Development, and Director of Track and Field at Central Catholic High School. He has also founded his own company, Red Truck Group, Inc.
