Michael Barreto

Michael Barreto is a recent graduate from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects.

During his academic journey, Michael served as a Teacher Assistant for Jay Oliva's Storyboarding course and completed an internship at Bento Box Entertainment LLC in 2017 as part of the Television Academy program.

With a strong passion for animation, Michael has gained experience as a Storyboard Revisionist and former Storyboard Trainee at Bento Box Entertainment LLC, showcasing his artistic skills.

In addition to his work in the animation industry, Michael has also worked as a Freelance Digital Artist, demonstrating his versatility and creativity in producing digital artwork.

Furthermore, Michael has been actively involved in various organizations, including serving as a Staff Cartoonist at The Loyolan and volunteering for ACM SIGGRAPH, highlighting his commitment to the arts and animation community.

Currently open to new opportunities, Michael Barreto is eager to contribute his talents to production and animation projects, leveraging his education and diverse experiences in the field.
