His primary focus is Ketenbeheersing, the management of physical and digital document solutions within different sectors. As an expert in process optimization, Michael works to ensure the smooth running of all physical and digital post flows, from delivery to dispatch, and strives for continuous innovation in improving these processes. He understands that quality should always be the top priority in all logistics chains and is committed to delivering the highest standard of service in all his dealings.
