Michael Ardolino is an experienced leader and process chemist specializing in Medicinal Chemistry, PR&D (Process Research & Development), and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls). He is dedicated to discovering the next generation of drug candidates and guiding them through clinical development. His educational background includes a B.S. cum laude in Chemistry (Honors) and Italian from Bowdoin College, as well as a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Boston College.
With a robust professional history, Michael Ardolino has held various key roles in prestigious organizations. He served as the Senior Director of Chemistry and Director of Discovery Process Chemistry at LifeMine Therapeutics. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise as a Principal Scientist, Associate Principal Scientist, and Senior Scientist at Merck. Prior to these roles, he was an NIH Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard University, a Graduate Student at Boston College, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Bowdoin College.
