Dr.-Ing. Michael Ardelt

Michael Ardelt is an accomplished engineering and technology professional who has excelled in several positions throughout his career. He holds a doctorate in Engineering and Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich, where he also obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Michael has extensive experience working with top-tier firms, including BMW and The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked as an autonomous driving research engineer and consultant, respectively.

Michael has also founded and led successful startups such as TheAmazeApp GmbH, which he later sold to Zalando SE, where he became the Interim VP Talent Acquisition. Currently, Michael serves as the COO & Managing Director of Forto, a digital freight forwarder that offers logistics solutions to businesses across the globe.

Throughout his years of experience, Michael has honed impressive skills in talent acquisition, entrepreneurship, logistics, engineering, and technology. He is known for his innovative thinking, strategic planning abilities, and his strong work ethic.
