- Provided continuous evaluation of programme operations as compared with the
established mission and set parameters.
- Lead/guide/support implementation team in execution of necessary MRM processes
and preparation of needed outputs in alignment with EP MRM handbook and the DCED
standard.
- Contribute to the quality of information collected and used in strategy formulation,
designing and implementation of interventions.

- Assisted the specialist in the operational activities and participate in planning, organizing,
and executing ECF Windows’ activities in line with Facility Operational Manual.
- Assisted in the assessment of socio-economic data, and conducting project studies when
required; and assist in the appraisal of export development plans and/or project
proposals of ECF beneficiary firms, institutions and industry associations.
- Assisted in the preparation of proposals for monitoring and follow-up activities, collecting
data and information from ECF beneficiary firm’s/institutions/industry associations and
preparing performance-monitoring report.
- Conducted regular field visits to ensure proper implementation of activities.
