Micha Benoliel

Micha Anthenor Benoliel is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nodle, a decentralized wireless network designed to connect Internet of Things (IoT) devices. He has held this position since February 2017 and is focused on building an eco-friendly network that utilizes smartphones as nodes to create a digital trust network for various applications, including public safety and remote sensor access.12

Benoliel has a rich background in technology and telecommunications, spanning over two decades. Before founding Nodle, he served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at BootstrapLabs, specializing in artificial intelligence and communications from August 2016 to January 2021. He was also a co-founder of Coalition Network, which developed a contact tracing system during the COVID-19 pandemic, and FireChat, a peer-to-peer messaging app that gained significant popularity during the 2014 Hong Kong Umbrella Movement.14

His earlier ventures include co-founding Open Garden, which pioneered mesh networking technology, and Digitrad Communications, a telecom service provider. Benoliel has been recognized for his innovative contributions to the tech industry, receiving various awards for his work, including accolades for FireChat at major tech events.123

Benoliel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Weller Management School, where he studied from 1991 to 1994. He is multilingual, fluent in French, Italian, Spanish, and English.12
