Micah Stubbs

Micah Stubbs is a passionate individual motivated by crafting intuitive and interactive visualizations to derive new insights. With a keen interest in information graphics, human perception, and interaction design, Micah thrives on exploring data visualization practice and theory with industry peers through meetups, user groups, and conferences.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Micah has a strong educational background from The University of Tulsa.

With a diverse professional background, Micah has held key roles such as Visual Experience Design Engineer at H2O.ai, Senior Software Engineer at OmniSci and Rocana, Data Visualization Engineer at various organizations including Arimo, Inc., and EnLink Midstream, as well as positions in project management and data analysis.

Previously, Micah has contributed significantly as an organizer at the Houston Data Visualization Meetup, showcasing a commitment to fostering a community of like-minded professionals.

Having worked at prominent organizations like LinkedIn and Stealth Startup, where Micah served as a data infra vis, and a graph hacker respectively, Micah brings a wealth of experience in data visualization, software engineering, and project management.
