Micah M. Siegal

Micah Siegal is a highly experienced corporate generalist, with a wide-ranging background in the legal field. As an inside and outside general counsel, he has worked with a diverse clientele, from individual entrepreneurs to a publicly-traded Sino-American conglomerate. His expertise includes complex real estate transactions, labor relations, compliance, and litigation, with a particular focus on employment law. He graduated from Michigan State University's College of Law, where he was a Managing Editor of the Journal of Business and Securities Law. Prior to that, he earned both a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University and an MBA from Wright State University, both with honors.

Siegal has held a number of prestigious positions throughout his career, including Executive Vice President-Compliance & Operations at PG Group, LLC, and General Counsel at Fuyao Group. He is also a former Assistant General Counsel at Fuyao Group, as well as a former Attorney at Gottschlich & Portune, LLP, and an Associate Attorney at Brannon & Associates. Thanks to his extensive experience in civil litigation, Siegal is able to advise his clients on a broad range of legal issues, from contract negotiation and enforcement to discrimination law.
